Iron Maidens & Project

I finally got a quick picture of Grace in her uniform. Her soccer team is the Iron Maidens and they've been doing really well overall. It's pretty fun to watch them play. Grace plays defense and really enjoys protecting the goal.  I've been assistant coaching her team which is part of the reason why I have no pictures of her playing. I'm too busy yelling from the sidelines.

Now that the kids are all back in school, I've had a bit of time to tackle little projects around the house. The kids's bathroom had been driving me nuts. It had bright yellow paint and lots of old nail and screw holes all over. I patched those holes up and painted it a nice neutral color. Added a new curtain, and the room looks fresh and clean. I'm happy with it for now. One of these days I will get to my bedroom....
